Hello. I provide Jungian psychoanalytic therapy to individuals. Psychoanalytic therapy differs from other therapeutic approaches which tend to focus on offering advice and problem solving, and stop short from going deeper into the layers of the unconscious where one can gain a greater understanding of themselves and discover a renewed sense of meaning in life.

For some people, these approaches do not go far enough and seek a more in-depth therapeutic approach. In a world used to quick fixes, the psyche moves slowly and therefore psychoanalysis can be a long process, but it has shown to often provide long-lasting effects. This process involves the analyst and patient working together to understand the feelings emerging out of the therapeutic setting. At the end of it, the aim is that the patient has an understanding of their unconscious patterns, leads a richer and more meaningful life, and gains a feeling of wholeness during this individuation process.
